Position: Service Technician
As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.
What You'll Do
Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
Participate in on-site and online training
Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
Perform other assigned duties

Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb
Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor workspaces
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Any level of automotive experience
Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
Customer service or sales experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
