We are looking for a Senior Principal AI Architect with strong experience in Full Stack AI/ML development and architecture. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python or Java.
The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, AI frameworks, and telecom domain experience.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
Develop scalable applications using Python or Java
Work on supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models
Build and optimize neural networks and AI algorithms
Use frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering
Improve performance and scalability of existing AI models
Provide technical guidance to junior team members
Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
Required Skills:
14+ years of IT experience
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI Architect
Strong experience in AI/ML implementation
Expertise in Neural Networks and Deep Learning
Strong coding skills in Python or Java
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
Must have Telecom domain experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Big Data technologies
API and Microservices development experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
