Job Description:
Insight Global's client is partnering is hirisng for a
Sr. Client Service Specialist (CMP)
for a newly opened 1M+ sq. ft. warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning shipment accuracy, working directly with clients, and being hands‑on in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Requirements:
2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or customer support within a logistics environment
Experience supporting large clients (Fortune 100 exposure is a plus)
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and walking the floor daily
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
Experience verifying shipments / packages and resolving discrepancies
Basic Excel skills (preferred, not required)
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the main liaison between the client and warehouse operations
Track, trace, and verify inbound shipments to ensure accuracy in the system
Walk the warehouse floor validating shipments using scanners
Add shipments into the system when discrepancies are found
Communicate with drivers, internal teams, and clients via email and phone
Investigate shipment issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution
Monitor recurring issues and help improve processes
Prepare reports and updates for leadership and clients
Work split:
~60% desk work (Excel, email, calls) | ~40% on the warehouse floor
