Role Summary
Seeking an experienced MES Business Consultant with strong
Ignition (Inductive Automation)
expertise to support design, enhancement, and deployment of MES solutions across manufacturing sites. This role bridges operations, IT/OT, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate shopfloor requirements into MES solutions
Work on Ignition MES modules (Production, OEE, Quality, Inventory)
Collaborate on UI (Perspective/Vision), data modeling, and integrations
Support integration with PLCs, OPC UA, Kepware, ERP (SAP/Oracle)
Drive standardization across plants and ensure solution alignment
Required Skills
5+ years in MES / Manufacturing Business Analysis
Strong knowledge of production, OEE, downtime, and quality processes
Experience in IT/OT environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Hands-on Ignition (Perspective/Vision)
MES module implementation experience
ERP integration (SAP/Oracle)
Multi-site manufacturing experience
Lean / Continuous Improvement background
