Role Description
We are looking for a Co-Head of Client Advisory to take on a key leadership role in our team. As Co-Head, you will oversee strategic client relationships, manage client advisory teams, and contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and drive client success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with clients
Experience in managing and leading teams to deliver exceptional client-focused results
Strong background in Finance, with the capability to analyze financial data and guide clients accordingly
Expertise in Sales and Business Development, including driving revenue growth and identifying new opportunities
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in working with regulated industries is a strong advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
