Position: Oracle HCM Lead -Core HR/ORC
Location: Onsite Hybrid -
Pittsburgh, PA
Type: Contract
Rate:
$65/hr on W2 (or) $75/hr on C2C

Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment), ensuring alignment with business goals.
Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on HR operating model transformations, HCM best practices, and innovative technology solutions.
Configuration Management: Set up and configure Fusion HCM Workforce Development (performance, goals, benefits) and Global HR modules.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with C-suite stakeholders, manage client relationships, and lead project teams across various functional areas.
Business Development: Actively support pre-sales, bid management, and proposal development to grow the HR technology practice.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure system compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and security standards (including security vetting if necessary).
Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior consultants, building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing

Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional – Payroll Expert
Location: Onsite Hybrid -

12+ years of experience in US payroll and taxation.
Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, multi-state taxation, and compliance/Excellent
Communication
Details:
Need to work with Internal Payroll team. Collaborating with global payroll team and other Oracle Functional/Technical folks. Work as an SME in Payroll.
Responsibilities:
Converting Vertex engine to Oracle US Payroll engine, mandatory post 25C
Manage end-to-end US payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Apply knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax regulations in payroll administration.
Calculate and process statutory deductions including FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and other applicable taxes.
Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and wage & hour laws (FLSA).
Partner with HR, Finance,
Stay updated with changes in US tax laws affecting payroll.
Required Experience & Skills:
12+ years of experience in US payroll and taxation.
Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, multi-state taxation, and compliance.
Experience with payroll systems, Oracle HCM
Proficiency in payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
