Position Overview
The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our sales floor and client partnerships. This individual will collaborate closely with Account Executives, provide back-office support, assist with client and candidate needs, and help maintain seamless office operations. This is a highly visible, service-oriented role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
Colleague & Sales Floor Support
Partner daily with Account Executives to support day-to-day operations.
Troubleshoot candidate-related issues within internal systems (payroll, benefits, time sheets, etc).
Maintain working knowledge of all back-office systems to assist with general sales floor questions.
Generate and distribute reports as needed.
Serve as a collaborative team member, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Manage team’s celebrations (anniversaries and birthdays).
Client & Candidate Support
Assist with account management and help resolve client concerns
Coordinate interviews between fulfillment teams and Account Managers.
Help with sales report management.
Prepare and send assignment confirmations and related documentation to clients.
Creation of placements using our CRM system.
Help set up food and/or marketing stationery for client meetings if needed.
Office Coordination & Administration
Support general administrative and office operations.
Coordinate building access, technology and welcome gifts for new hires.
Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and package delivery.
Order and restock marketing supplies for our department.
Qualifications
Previous experience working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a

must .
Previous sales support experience.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Service-oriented mindset.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
