Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead corporate dining operations for a premier client. This role is ideal for a hospitality‑driven leader with a passion for exceptional service, operational excellence, and building strong client partnerships.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off!

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all daily dining operations in alignment with company standards and client expectations
Manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory controls to achieve operational goals
Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members; support succession planning and talent growth
Partner closely with culinary leadership on menu planning and innovation
Ensure full compliance with HACCP protocols, food safety guidelines, and all health department regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, guests, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of upscale or high‑volume foodservice experience
Leadership experience with strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills
Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification preferred
