The

Head of Division

will take full ownership of a specialist supply chain and logistics recruitment team, driving performance, scaling headcount, and elevating market presence across the Southeast.

Role Highlights:

Head of Division

will:
– Lead and develop a team of ~9 consultants from day one
– Scale the division to 14+ consultants in the short term
– Drive revenue growth within a high-performing 360 recruitment model
– Build and execute business development strategy across key industrial sectors
– Establish structure, coaching frameworks, and operational excellence

You Will Need
– Proven success within a 360 recruitment environment
– Experience managing and developing a team.
– Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership style
– Confidence operating in a transformation or rebuild environment
