Role Summary
The Technical Project Delivery Manager leads planning and end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-team technology initiatives—turning product or organizational vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes while aligning engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
The role blends strategic foresight with direct delivery leadership, coaching teams in Scrum/Kanban/Lean to strengthen execution flow, predictability, and continuous improvement in fast-moving, matrixed environments.
In specialized domains (e.g., Cybersecurity / IAM and Digital Assets Trading), the TPM/Delivery Manager partners with security, platform, and trading stakeholders to modernize platforms, implement enterprise controls, and manage cloud-native roadmaps across global systems.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Partner with product and technology leaders to shape near- and long-term delivery plans aligned to vision, target outcomes, and KPIs; maintain integrated roadmaps, schedules, and resource strategies across squads and workstreams.
Lead prioritization and backlog strategy; use relative estimation and forecasting to sequence work and drive predictability.
Anticipate and mitigate risks; identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies to protect timelines and outcomes.
Cybersecurity focus: align IAM and controls program roadmaps to enterprise strategy; scope requirements, define milestones/budget, and facilitate governance for security initiatives.
Digital Assets focus incorporate web/cloud delivery plans, trading platform modernization roadmaps, and integration across a global systems environment.
Delivery & Coaching
Embed values/practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in day-to-day delivery; facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, refinement, retrospectives) and release planning.
Mentor and coach teams to improve collaboration, psychological safety, and delivery effectiveness; model leadership behaviors.
Monitor WIP to minimize context switching; drive continuous improvement using empirical data and delivery metrics.
Cross-Functional Execution & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate execution across engineering, product, design, HR/learning, operations, and business partners; provide clear, actionable status and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Influence outcomes without formal authority; facilitate group dynamics to resolve conflict and build trusted partnerships.
Engage for release readiness, including collaboration with client-facing leaders to support product engagement and change adoption.
Cybersecurity focus: serve as primary point of contact for technology/business partners to drive onboarding of enterprise cybersecurity controls and promote transparency of strategic investments/risks.
Digital Assets focus collaborates with Engineering, Product, SysOps, TechOps, and external groups to tightly integrate development and delivery for trading platforms.
Quality, Governance & Operational Excellence
Uphold engineering quality standards, including test strategy planning and execution throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to incident, change, and problem management processes; maintain data integrity in enterprise delivery tools with traceability to business value, technical debt, and KPIs.
Cybersecurity focus: apply knowledge of security vendors, industry products, and best practices to influence the design/implementation of effective controls and architectures.
Analytics, Capacity & Performance
Use historic delivery trends for capacity planning and forecasting; organize capacity using empirical data.
Define, track, and report leading/lagging indicators and delivery KPIs; analyze trends to identify optimizations and implement improvement plans.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 7-10+ years in technical project/program management or leading software engineering delivery for complex, multi-team initiatives (minimum 8+ for cybersecurity-heavy portfolios).
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); CSM or PMP beneficial (PMP preferred in some teams). AWS cloud certifications (e.g., SysOps, DevOps) are a plus for cloud-centric products.
Delivery Tooling: Proficiency with Jira and (or similar); Confluence experience is valuable.
Expertise: Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean; ability to apply the right approach for the problem space.
Influence & Communication: Exceptional facilitation, written/oral communication, and ability to influence without authority; comfortable presenting to senior business and technical leaders.
Risk/Dependency Management: Initiative-taking identification and resolution of impediments, risks, and interdependencies; strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
Security & Domain (as applicable): Understanding of IAM and cybersecurity controls; familiarity with security vendors/products and best practices. For Digital Assets, working knowledge of trading/financial systems and cloud/web roadmaps.

Working Model
These roles participate in a hybrid work model that blends onsite collaboration with remote flexibility; many teams operate onsite every other week (or similar cadence) based on team needs.
