Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Angular / Python) | Greater Boston/New England (Remote) $115k–$165k base + bonus + benefits
A well‑established global financial services firm is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high‑impact client systems team. This is a hands‑on senior IC role with strong ownership, direct business exposure, and a split of ~75% new development / ~25% production support.
Technical Environment
C# / .NET (legacy .NET Framework 4.8 and modern .NET)
Angular (modernizing from legacy JavaScript)
Python for system integrations and data services
SQL Server / T‑SQL
Azure experience is a plus
Requirements
6–8+ years of software engineering experience
Strong .NET and Angular background
Working knowledge of Python
Solid SQL Server experience
Financial services experience required
Experience supporting production systems
Strong communication skills and business-facing experience
This a predominantly remote role with very occasional travel (once or twice per year) to the Greater Boston area.
