We are a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company focused on optimizing freight operations through technology. Our goal is to streamline shipping, improve broker efficiency, and deliver smarter logistics solutions using modern AI tools.
Role Overview
We are seeking an
AI Development Intern
to help build and integrate AI-powered tools into our logistics workflows, with a strong focus on applications using
Claude (Anthropic) . This role is ideal for someone interested in applied AI, automation, and real-world business impact in the logistics space.
You will work directly with our team to prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance internal operations, customer communication, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered tools using
Claude
for logistics and freight operations
Build prompt frameworks and workflows for:
Load management and dispatch support
Customer communication automation
Rate analysis and document processing
Integrate AI solutions into existing systems (CRM, TMS, spreadsheets, APIs)
Experiment with prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool use
Assist in developing internal dashboards or lightweight applications
Document processes, use cases, and best practices for AI usage
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or Data Science
Preferred graduation dates are December 2025, May 2026, December 2026, May 2027
Familiarity with LLMs such as
Claude , ChatGPT, or similar
Has built and shipped small projects end-to-end (even personal ones)
Comfortable callign REST APIs and pasing JSON
Familiar with JavaScript or Python
Has tinkered with AI tools or LLM APIs
Understanding of APIs and data handling (JSON, REST, etc.)
Strong interest in AI applications and automation
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with prompt engineering or building AI workflows
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations
Exposure to databases, dashboards, or internal tools
