We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a

Senior Project Manager

with a strong focus on client account management and business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for

hands-on project management , leading project execution, delivery, and team coordination, while also driving

account management efforts , including building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (60%) – Hands-on Delivery
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (internal delivery, technical, creative, or operations) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Track project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar; manage scope changes, issues, and escalations effectively.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs; conduct regular status reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), and best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while resolving blockers to keep projects on track.
Account Management & Growth (40%)
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships.
Understand client business goals, needs, and challenges; act as their advocate internally.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, propose new projects or expansions, and contribute to revenue growth within accounts.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), gather feedback, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Support business development by preparing proposals, scopes of work, and presentations for additional work or renewals.
Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams on expansion opportunities while ensuring seamless handover and delivery.
Monitor account health, profitability, and performance metrics; flag potential risks early.

Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management within IT services, consulting, or digital/product environments
Proven track record of managing

end-to-end project delivery

across multiple projects or programs
Experience in

client-facing roles with account management responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to

identify and drive account growth opportunities

(upsell/cross-sell, renewals, or expansions)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client leadership
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional)

– Preferred
