About the role
This role leads procurement and category management efforts supporting site operations and product programs. You will partner cross-functionally to drive cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance while ensuring strict compliance with government procurement regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with
FAR, DFARS, ITAR , and applicable export control regulations
Execute
strategic sourcing
plans for direct/indirect materials, components, and services
Manage full
procurement lifecycle
including RFx, supplier selection, contract award, and performance monitoring
Lead
contract negotiations
(pricing, terms, lead times, SLAs, warranties)
Track and report
KPIs
(cost savings, supplier performance, on-time delivery, PPV)
Develop and manage
supplier relationships , including risk assessment, audits, and performance improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Supply Chain, Business, Engineering , or related field
6+ years of
procurement / sourcing experience , including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience with
contracts and compliance (FAR/DFARS/ITAR)
Proven expertise in
strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost reduction
Experience with
NPI / design-for-procurement collaboration
Proficiency with
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), e-sourcing, and spend analytics
