Job Title: ERP Specialist / ERP Operations Administrator (Odoo)

Pay Rate: $85 - $95k per annum

About the Role
We operate a high-volume meat slicing commissary powered by Odoo, where precision and efficiency are critical. As an ERP Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our system accurately reflects real-time production, inventory, and shipping activities.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this is a hands-on, detail-driven role focused on execution. You’ll be the bridge between the production floor and the ERP system—ensuring data integrity, supporting operations, and keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Accurately enter and manage data in Odoo, including production orders, inventory movements, receipts, and transfers
Maintain precise lot tracking, product weights, and inventory counts
Support the production team with labeling, barcode scanning, and real-time system updates
Identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring clean and reliable data at all times
Generate basic reports for inventory and production tracking
Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when necessary
Assist in training team members on proper ERP system usage
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, data entry platforms, ERP systems)
Reliable, consistent, and process-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms
Background in warehouse operations, food production, or inventory management
Familiarity with barcode scanning and labeling systems
What Success Looks Like
Accurate, real-time inventory and production data
Minimal discrepancies in lot tracking, weights, and counts
A production team that confidently relies on the ERP system for daily operations
