
Urgent Care - Physician

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join our collaborative, physician-led team in San Francisco, California.

Position Highlights
Deliver comprehensive urgent care services for patients ages 3 months and older
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of non-emergent acute conditions and minor injuries
Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs, EKGs, and imaging
Conduct in-office procedures consistent with urgent care scope of practice
Collaborate closely with and provide guidance to Advanced Practice Clinicians (NPs/PAs)
Ensure appropriate care coordination, referrals, and escalation when necessary
Practice in a supportive, physician-led environment with streamlined workflows and strong operational backing
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or related specialty)
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care required
Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and team-oriented mindset
