Overview
The WeatherTech creative studio is currently seeking a talented Videographer to join our in-house video production team. Working closely with the video, photo and creative teams, the videographer will create engaging video content for the WeatherTech brand, as well as perform minor post‑production tasks within the WeatherTech video department.

From social‑first videos to product education across the website to supporting high‑impact ad campaigns, our team combines advanced technology, AI and creative craftsmanship to deliver best‑in‑class content that creates brand demand and converts interest into sales.

The successful candidate is a skilled video professional with a passion for cinematography and is comfortable working independently while also taking and executing creative direction with precision.

As a Videographer, you will

Create high‑quality, engaging content for WeatherTech’s website, social media and advertising channels.

Set up, light, shoot and strike productions.

Collaborate with creative, marketing and content teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.

Ingest, screen and prep captured footage for post‑production, archiving when required.

Edit videos using industry‑standard software to produce polished, engaging content as advised by senior editors and producers.

Assist in transport, set‑up and operation of various production equipment, including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props and microphones for larger on‑location and in‑studio productions.

Assist the producer and director as needed on‑set and on‑location.

Assist in equipment assessment, maintenance, service and calibration as required.

Work a varied schedule mostly consisting of weekday daytime hours, with occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends and travel when required.

Follow latest cinematography trends and best practices in digital content creation, as well as latest AI applications.

Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 4+ years of recent professional experience as a videographer.

Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality videography and video editing work.

Advanced knowledge of lighting, audio, professional cameras, lenses and studio production environments.

Experience in product, promotional and social media videography preferred, with demonstrated storytelling abilities.

Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and various social media editing applications.

Technical and creative expertise using professional and mirrorless cameras, gimbals and mobile devices (including iPhones) for video capture.

Ability to safely handle, lift, transport and store video production equipment.

Experience with motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.

Knowledge of color correction and audio mixing is a plus.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to take creative direction while also working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Demonstrated professionalism, reliability and a positive, proactive attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑motivated, dependable and able to contribute effectively in a collaborative team setting.

Authorized to work in the United States.
