Overview
Calling All Recent Electrical Engineering Graduates! Kickstart your career with ENTRUST Solutions Group as a Design Engineer I. You will be involved in critical utility projects, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the design, upgrade, and maintenance of system assets in gas and electric utilities. You will help drive design packages and contribute to project success.
Location and travel
Positions are within Fort Wayne/Auburn, IN, Chicago, IL and Cincinnati, OH. Local travel for occasional site visits and fieldwork is required. Candidates should be located near an ENTRUST office and be willing to work in the office when requested. In this role you will collaborate with Designers and Drafters to ensure design packages meet project specifications.
Responsibilities
Design, upgrade, and maintain utility system assets in support of project objectives.
Communicate challenges related to scope, schedule, and quality with project stakeholders.
Collaborate with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages.
Support the integration of new tools and processes with the Digital Transformation Team.
Engage in local travel and fieldwork as needed, including site visits.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
Must be an Electrical Engineering major and located near a Fort Wayne/Auburn, IN, Chicago, IL or Cincinnati, OH ENTRUST office.
Must have a valid driver’s license without restrictions for occasional fieldwork and site visits.
Qualifications
EIT certification (preferred).
