This role involves both direct care and team supervision— leading daily living skills instruction, supporting goal plans, and ensuring personal care needs are met for residents.
You'll work under established ICF guidelines with direction from the Division Director, playing a key role in both staff support and resident success.Provide direct care and supervision for ICF /IDD residents● Lead, support, and oversee residential care team members● Ensure all care activities follow ICF/MR standards and organizational guidelines● Support the overall physical, emotional, and developmental needs of residentsHigh school diploma or GEDAdditional education in Human Services● Five (5) years of Human Services experience● At least one year of experience as a Residential Direct Care Worker or two years of direct service experience in a human services agency, one of which must have involved working with intellectually disabled individuals or any equivalent combination of experience and training.Full-time Employees:● Up to 10 paid holidays
