The Collier Companies is seeking a Videographer!
Location: Collier Companies Florida Home Office, Gainesville, Florida.
Responsibilities
Advise the team on project needs and costs, including equipment budgets.
Shoot high‑quality video on location.
Edit and color‑grade footage to professional standards.
Manage audio clarity and sound design.
Collaborate to ensure videos meet brand and storytelling goals.
Deliver polished final assets ready for internal and external distribution.
Schedule is assignment‑dependent and may fluctuate with business needs.
Support video projects from idea to completion, including storyboarding and pre‑production planning.
Translate existing content into short modules for digital learning and training.
Travel to different regions in the southeastern United States to meet company video needs.
Qualifications
Proven professional experience in videography and video editing.
Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Portfolio required (must include work personally shot and edited).
Flexibility in thinking to accomplish goals.
Experience creating content for multiple platforms (marketing, social, training) preferred.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging video content for training and digital learning environments.
