Videographer page is loaded## Videographerlocations: Dallas, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR3723**Job** **summary**:**Let’s talk job responsibilities:*** Drive success by producing high‐quality video content that aligns with PHP’s brand, culture, and marketing objectives* Partner with marketing and leadership teams to plan shoots, develop shot lists, and align on creative direction* Film professional‐grade video content for marketing campaigns, social media, training materials, testimonials, and corporate messaging* Capture footage at live events, conferences, leadership trainings, and agent recognition ceremonies* Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure consistent production quality* Incorporate motion graphics, music, color grading, and sound design to enhance storytelling* Produce multiple video formats optimized for social media, internal training platforms, event presentations, and promotional campaigns* Oversee video content by organizing, archiving, and maintaining a digital video library* Support live events by producing quick‐turnaround highlight videos and collaborating with the marketing team on‐site* Stay current on video trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate content quality* Jump in to support special marketing projects, events, and creative initiatives as needed**Your experience and skills:*** Demonstrated success producing high‐quality video content in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment* Minimum 3–5 years of professional videography and video editing experience, preferably within corporate, event, or marketing environments* Proven ability to tell compelling stories through video across multiple platforms and formats* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite* Experience working with professional camera systems* Strong understanding of lighting, audio capture, color grading, and motion graphics* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal* Highly self‐motivated, able to work independently, while also being a collaborative, creative team player* Ability to travel for major company events and productions, approximately 10–20%**About Integrity:****Integrity** is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health, and wealth insurance products.
