Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Oncology patients
Setting: Outpatient Cancer Care Clinic
Responsibilities:
* Manage all forms of cancer with focus on breast oncology and gynecologic medical oncology
* Provide comprehensive oncology care in an established practice
* Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards
* Collaborate with Surgical GYN Oncology at Anschutz Medical Center
* Engage in clinical research and trials
* Maintain high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Required Procedures: Standard hematology/oncology management and treatment
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff:
* 3 Physicians
* 3 APPs
* Full clinic support team
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule (4 days/week)
On-Call/Weekends: Minimal call shared among 15 clinicians
Submission Requirements:
* Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
* Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain
* DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
* NPDB Self Query (within 30 days)
* Clean malpractice/license history preferred
* Visa support status must be noted (no visa sponsorship available)
