Serves as a visual storyteller responsible for crafting engaging multimedia content that elevates internal communication and fosters meaningful team member engagement. Creatively translates organizational priorities into compelling, human‑centric narratives, bringing the company’s vision and values to life. Collaborates closely across functions to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, timely content that aligns with key messaging, cultural initiatives, training programs, and organizational storytelling. Contributes to impactful communication strategies that foster community, inspire action, and support strategic goals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the full‑cycle production of internal video content, including creating project plans and schedules, developing scripts, filming, and editing.

Stays on track with the established editorial calendar.

Ensures all content adheres to business goals and brand standards.

Develops storytelling strategies, collaborating with key partners across the enterprise to capture ideas, understand needs, and translate priorities into meaningful content.

Creates and develops multimedia content for internal communication.

Develops a repository of stock photography and videos for recruiting, onboarding, and internal communications.

Supports live‑streamed company events and town halls, including establishing camera and equipment locations, equipment setup, filming, editing, and troubleshooting.

Finds creative ways to deliver internal messaging for mobile platform, intranet, company newsletters, and digital signage.

Assists with the design and print of annual publications such as orientation journals, learning catalogs, banners, and posters.

Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Maintains supplies and equipment, such as cameras, audio equipment, and editing software.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Associate's Degree in a related field (e.g., Videography, Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts) or equivalent experience.

3+ years of related experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of media production and communication for information and educational purposes.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, with adaptability across other relevant and emerging editing tools.

Solid technical knowledge of audio capture, lighting, camera operation, and post‑production workflows.

Good organization, time‑management, multi‑tasking, and project coordination skills with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Proficient writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Experience developing internal communications for the food manufacturing/agriculture industry.

Experience creating engaging content for social media such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Physical Demands

May be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions & Travel Requirements

Work performed in a variety of conditions, including climate‑controlled office environments, manufacturing plant environments with varying conditions (cold, wet, warm, chemicals, etc.), and farm properties with live turkeys requiring biosecurity measures.

Requires wearing personal protective equipment in the manufacturing environment.

Remote work requires a dedicated workspace with adequate internet service (recommended minimum 20 mbps download, 5 mbps upload).

Noise level in the manufacturing environment may exceed 85 dBA, requiring hearing protection.

Travel may be required up to 70% of the time.
