YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize, plan and produce high-quality video and photo content for various purposes, including product and corporate videos, training and educational material, social media content and internal communications and event coverage
Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting and audio equipment to ensure the highest production standards
Independently manage the entire production workflow, from pre-production to filming and post-production
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Service Academy and HR to ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and strategic communication objectives
Organize, archive and maintain digital media assets to ensure efficient access, proper tagging and version control
Continuously explore and implement new visual formats, technologies, and storytelling approaches to enhance brand engagement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree or formal training in Media Production, Film, Photography, Communication Design or similar
Proven professional experience in video production, ideally within a B2B or technology-oriented environment; solid photography experience, both in studio and on location
Proficient in operating DSLR and mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals and professional lighting setups
Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio recording techniques; experience with 3D visualization or motion graphics
Basic knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, and user experience (UX) principles
Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, with excellent sense of composition, color and visual storytelling
Confident in managing media assets, exporting content in various formats and optimizing videos for digital platforms
Excellent command of English; proficiency in German and/or Italian as a plus
