If you are an experienced and licensed Realtor in the San Antonio and Austin Texas market – we want you to apply for our Buyer Agent role with RentWerx / SaleWerx.
Could you handle 25+ transactions a year prospecting warm leads in our existing database? Do you want to grow your referral base giving you more opportunities for sales?
RentWerx manages over 900+ single family homes and is looking for a Realtor who will have the opportunity to work with our clients under SaleWerx in assisting them to buy properties. These are buyers that already have an existing and working relationship with RentWerx wanting a seamless home sales transaction from a trusted source. In other words, you are handed a warm lead source consisting of all of our homeowners and tenants that are already strongly incentivized to choose you as their realtor to assist them purchasing a home – either as an investment property or a primary residence.
16 – 30 Transaction Side Closings = 55/45 Split. 45% to RentWerx LLC.
31+ Transaction Side Closings = 60/40 Split. 40% to RentWerx LLC.
Errors and Omissions Insurance Included
$100 Fee to Transaction Coordinator Per Transaction Side
No Annual Company Commission Cap
Commission Plan – Registered Clients Outside of RentWerx / SaleWerx:
80/20 Split. 20% to RentWerx LLC.
Company Commission Cap of $15,000 Annually
Errors and Omissions Insurance Included
$100 Fee to Transaction Coordinator Per Transaction Side
*The above commission structure will annually be reset 1 January. *

Requirements:
Licensed Texas Realtor with an Active License
Join the RentWerx Brokerage – License #9002319
Must have prior buyer agency experience closing at least 25 buyer agency sides in the last two years.
Reliable and professional transportation.
Local 210 area code phone number – or the willingness to get one.
Open to contributing to office meetings on a regular basis at our RentWerx location.
Strong video presence for Social Media marketing.
$100 Transaction Coordination Fee Charged Per Side.
