* General urology care in clinic & on call
* Procedures include:
* Cystoscopy
* Vasectomies
* Prostate biopsy
* TURP
* Uroflow/cuff & bladder scans
* Ureteroscopy & nephrectomy
* Cystectomy
* ESWL & Botox injections
* Robot available, but robotic cases not required
* Patient volume: /day
* Surgical volume: /month
Call & Coverage Details
* 5 6 days of call plus clinic minimum
* 20% new consults, 80% callback patients during call
* Night Call / 24-Hour Call / Holiday coverage required
* Must cover 80% of posted dates
Rates
* Hourly: $450 $500
* Holiday: $675 $750
* Nightly Call: $900 $1,200
* Holiday Nightly Call: $1,350 $1,800
* 24-Hour Call: $4,000 $4,250
* 24-Hour Holiday Call: $6,000 $6,375
* Call Back: $450 $500 / Holiday Call Back: $675 $750
* Orientation: $225 $250/hr beyond 8 hours
* Malpractice: Must be included
Requirements
* Board Certified Urology Highly Preferred or Board Eligible (0 5 yrs post-residency)
* Active WA License or IMLC Required
* ACLS, BLS, DEA Required (can obtain if selected)
* Clean malpractice history Highly Preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
