Job Summary

The

Integrated Workplace Management System Administrator

oversees the strategy, operation, and optimization of the organization’s Integrated Workplace Management System, ensuring accurate real estate, space, maintenance, sustainability, and capital project data to support informed decision-making and efficient workplace operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Preferred Technical Competencies:

JCI Open Blue - FM Systems 2025.3.1 (and above), SC Logic, SQL, SQL Reporting Writing (SSRS/BIRS), MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD 2025, Revit

Required: 2–4 years of IWMS administration experience, with demonstrated knowledge and hands-on use of space, personnel, move management (MAC), and related modules. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are needed for continual coordination across multiple sites and resources, to produce solutions and reports that support continuous improvement in daily operations and strategic goals within an agile environment.
