We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with deep expertise in front-end development, cloud deployment, and micro front-end architecture. This role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, deployed via container services on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead efforts in architectural design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop reusable, configurable micro front-end applications using React.js.
Deploy application containers to Azure Cloud using container services.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
Work with onshore/offshore developers to maintain code quality, integration, and test coverage.
Conduct code reviews and enforce front-end development best practices.
Participate in architectural decisions and prepare low-level technical design documentation.
Ensure adherence to security and performance standards.
Prepare and maintain technical manuals and user documentation.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in web development.
8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
Experience with Redux for state management.
Proficiency in front-end tooling such as Webpack and Babel.
Experience working with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with micro front-end architecture.
Experience with Git version control and Agile methodologies.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Databricks, and containerization services.
Experience using AG Grid or similar grid libraries in enterprise applications.
Experience building and deploying applications in Agile, DevOps-driven environments .

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
