The Sr. .NET / React Developer is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions with an emphasis on back-end development (70%) and strong front-end support (30%).
The developer will contribute to the modernization of a critical enterprise application, ensuring scalable architecture, cloud readiness, and long-term maintainability.
Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance back-end services using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and service-oriented integrations.
Implement integrations with third-party APIs, legacy systems, and data synchronization workflows.
Write optimized SQL queries and contribute to database architecture in Microsoft SQL Server environments.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Implement and support unit testing using XUnit, NUnit, Moq, or similar frameworks.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Apply Git best practices, including advanced branching strategies.
Adapt to evolving requirements and collaborate within a smaller cross-functional team.
Provide constructive feedback through code reviews and support continuous improvement.
Contribute to the modernization of a legacy enterprise system into Microsoft Azure.
Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience within the Microsoft .NET technology stack (.NET Framework and .NET Core).
Strong experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native tooling.
Deep understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and modular architecture.
Experience participating in major enterprise application projects, preferably in regulated environments.
Expertise in RESTful API development and service-oriented architectures.
Experience with integration patterns, third-party APIs, and legacy system modernization.
Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and a test-driven development (TDD) approach.
Experience working in agile or hybrid development environments.
DevOps and CI/CD experience preferred.
Strong version control skills with Git and branching strategies like GitFlow.
Ability to collaborate in small team environments, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
