We are hiring a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Production Manager whose #1 responsibility is driving labor efficiency and protecting gross margin, while maintaining elite quality standards and retaining strong crew leaders.

Your Primary Mission
Drive labor efficiency.
Retain and develop Crew Leaders.
Maintain premium quality standards.
Protect company margin every single week.
What You Will Own
Manage multiple commercial maintenance crews.
Ensure properties are completed within budgeted labor hours (98–102% efficiency target).
Maintain strict quality standards across all assigned properties.
Conduct regular quality audits and correct issues immediately.
Coach, develop, and retain Crew Leaders (90%+ retention target).
Hold crews accountable for start times, production pace, safety, and workmanship.
Step into the field and work alongside crews when needed to maintain schedule and standards.
Identify inefficiencies and fix them quickly.
Ensure equipment is maintained and used properly.
Report weekly on labor performance, quality metrics, and crew stability.

Minimal rework and call-backs.

3+ years leading commercial landscape maintenance crews.
Strong understanding of production rates and labor budgeting.
Proven ability to maintain high quality standards.
History of developing and retaining Crew Leaders.
Willing to work in the field — not just supervise.
High-accountability mindset. No excuses.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Background check required.
FNGLA Certification within 6 months.
Irrigation troubleshooting certification within 6 months.
Compensation
$28 – $32 per hour + Performance Bonus
Performance bonus tied directly to:
• Labor efficiency (primary KPI)
• Crew Leader retention
• Quality audit scores
• Safety performance
Top performers can earn $65,000 – $78,000 annually.
