Senior JavaScript (React) Developer Job at Vistex in New Bremen

Responsibilities:

designing and scaling complex applications (using TypeScript, React, React Query, Redux, Vite, React Router), defining the evolution of frontend architecture, state management, and data-fetching strategies

lead technical analysis and solution design for major features, driving improvements in coding standards and engineering practices across the UI domain

owning the quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability of frontend solutions, ensuring operational stability from development to production

collaborating with backend teams to define API contracts and integrating services using REST, authentication, and real-time communication patterns

resolving complex, ambiguous technical challenges across components and providing clear architectural direction for the team

coaching and mentoring mid-level and junior developers through structured feedback, pairing, and leading high-standard code reviews.

partnering with Product, UX/UI, and QA to translate requirements into seamless end-to-end user experiences.

driving tooling, testing, and CI/CD improvements to enhance deployment processes and team productivity

contributing to long-term technical strategy, shared component libraries, and design system evolution

Experience
6 years:

Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs, microservices, and complex backend services with practical experience in Docker-based deployments

Advanced state management and data fetching using React Query, Redux Toolkit, and Entity Framework Core

Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, OOP, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Proficiency in modern frontend styling and standards, including CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good knowledge of cloud platforms and hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
