The Lead Java Full Stack/React Developer is responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

This role requires hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, and cloud services, along with a strong understanding of software development best practices and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web services using React, Node.js, and Java/Spring Boot.
• Implement state management using Redux for scalable front-end architecture.
• Develop and execute unit tests using Jest to ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Use GitLab for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS for application deployment and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Redux for state management.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest.
• Proficiency with GitLab and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
