Sr. Python Developer
Our client has a full‑time remote opening for a Sr. Python Developer. You must be a citizen or Green Card holder to qualify. You will have deep expertise in Django, web application design, and SQL database development. You’ll build innovative applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high‑impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop new web applications from concept to deployment
Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements
Perform code reviews to maintain high‑quality standards
Act as hiring manager for technical recruitment
Mentor and support junior developers to foster growth
Enhance existing applications with new features
Refactor code to improve performance and maintainability
Provide technical support to end users
Qualifications And Skills
Extensive experience with:
Python programming
Developing REST APIs
Front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Distributed version control (e.g., Git, Mercurial)
Front‑end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Vue.js, jQuery)
Relational database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
Web frameworks, particularly Django or Flask
React for front‑end development
Enthusiasm for AI tools like Cursor.ai
Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Proven team leadership and collaboration abilitiesComfortable thriving in an Agile development environment
