busy, well-established small animal hospital in Porter, TX , just minutes from Houston, to recruit a

compassionate and motivated Veterinarian

to join a collaborative two-doctor team.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Hospital Hours

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full-time schedule typically consists of

4 × 10-hour shifts per week
Saturdays rotate occasionally to support balance and flexibility

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$135,000 – $175,000 (DOE)
Production Bonus:

23%+ with

no negative accrual
Sign-on Bonus Available

Additional Benefits Include:

4 weeks paid time off
$4,000+ annual CE allowance
Paid Texas license, DEA & professional dues

About You

✔ DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent)
✔ Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
✔ Passion for Fear Free, compassionate veterinary care
✔ Strong communication and client relationship skills
✔ Team-oriented, collaborative, and confident practicing independently
