We’re currently hiring a full-time Promotions Assistant to join our Milwaukee team and support live events, retail pop-ups, and brand activation campaigns.
This role is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, or individuals with entry-level experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service who are looking to build hands-on skills in events, promotions, and sales.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you’ll gain experience in customer engagement, brand promotion, and face-to-face sales. You’ll work at live events and promotional sites, interacting directly with customers and representing well-known brands.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers at events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
Deliver clear product messaging and brand communication in person
Build rapport through friendly, professional customer interactions
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution
Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and environments
Work towards daily performance targets, KPIs, and sales goals
Represent brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
Skills & Experience (We Welcome Entry-Level Applicants)
We’re looking for candidates who may have developed skills through education, part-time roles, internships, or extracurricular activities such as:
Strong communication skills (verbal and interpersonal)
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales support
Background in marketing, business, communications, or related fields (degree or coursework)
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
Comfortable with public-facing roles, presentations, or group interaction
Demonstrated time management, organization, and multitasking skills
