What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end US payroll processing with accuracy and compliance
Act as an SME for Oracle HCM Payroll
Drive Vertex to Oracle Payroll engine conversion
Handle multi-state payroll taxation & compliance
Ensure adherence to FICA, FUTA, SUTA, IRS & FLSA regulations
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance & global teams
What We’re Looking For:
12+ years of experience in US Payroll & Taxation
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll (Functional)
Deep understanding of multi-state taxation & compliance
Experience in payroll audits, reconciliations & reporting
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
