Responsibilities:
Build and update screens (displays) that operators use to monitor systems, making sure they match real-world data.
Help fix issues in systems like EMS and SCADA when something isn’t working properly.
Support users with hardware or software problems (computers, tools, applications).
Test system changes and make small updates to improve how everything works.
Work with the team and vendors, join meetings, and help with ongoing projects and documentation.
Design and maintain HMI/SCADA displays (EMS systems), ensuring alignment with real-time data and operational models.
Perform troubleshooting and testing on SCADA, EMS, and communication systems to resolve technical issues.
Provide technical support for hardware/software, including end-user support and system configuration.
Execute system testing, UI updates, and validation for SCADA point-to-point and application changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, contributing to project support, documentation, and process improvements.
