
Senior Auditor (Norwood)

King McNamara Moriarty LLP is a well-established CPA firm looking to expand our Audit Department. We are looking for an Audit Senior to join our team in Norwood, MA on a full- or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Perform audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately-held entities in a variety of industries, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans.
Prepare financial statements, notes, schedules, and management letters.
Communicate accounting and auditing issues with managers and partners.
Develop strong client relationships and serve as a client contact during an engagement.
Research accounting and engagement issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and professional standards
CPA (or actively working toward passing the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination)
3+ years of public accounting audit experience
Strong technical and communication skills
Experience with Engagement Manager, CS Professional Suite, and QuickBooks a plus
Prior audit experience with nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans desired but not required

Salary Range:
$88,000 to $106,000 Annually
