International Tax Manager

We’re working with a leading global motor vehicle manufacturer that’s looking to bring on an International Tax Manager to support its growing global footprint. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a mix of hands-on compliance, global tax exposure, and project-based work without being buried in purely routine filings.
What you’ll be doing:
Stay on top of evolving U.S. international tax laws and apply them to business initiatives
Support transfer pricing compliance and global tax analyses tied to new intercompany transactions
Analyze and document U.S. international tax implications of key company initiatives
Partner with global and regional tax teams on cross-border matters
Oversee U.S. international tax filings (Forms 5471, 8858, elections, etc.) in a co-sourced Big 4 environment
Manage international components of the tax provision (ASC 740)
Identify and drive process improvements across tax operations
What they’re looking for:
5+ years of tax, accounting, or finance experience (international tax focus preferred)
Prior lead or project ownership experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax; transfer pricing exposure is a plus, not required
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
Solid communication skills and business partnering mindset
Proficiency in Alteryx or data visualization tools is a plus.
