Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Tulare, CA (Hybrid - 2 days Onsite/Week)
Duration: 18 Months
Pay range: $25/Hr to $32/Hr on W2

Note: Some traveling to other service centers; Antelope Valley, Ridgecrest, Shaver Lake, Bishop, Mammoth, Tehachapi, Kernville

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Description:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

Required Skills/Attributes:
Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions
Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records
Proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

Desired Skills/Attributes:
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
