Role: Ford Automotive Technician
Location: Onsite 5 Days in Dearborn, MI
Rate: $30/hr on W2 without benefits
Rate: $30/hr to $35/hr on C2C All Inclusive
Job description:
Responsibilities include:
Assemble and prepare test environments for deployment.
Aluminum frame assembly
Harness installation
Module Installation
Software installation
Testing & validation
Package and ship systems to Ford and Non Ford partners.
Track distribution using approved process/tools
Maintain operation of tool systems
Troubleshoot and repair tool Systems.
Monitor and maintain virtual service desk
Diagnose, update, and repair non-functional systems.
Manage shipping of components to our fabricators for upcoming system builds.
Maintain inventory and organization of tools lab
Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred, though applicable knowledge or experience would be
acceptable in place of formal education
Required Primary Skills:
Ability to manage priorities, risks, and issues as they arise.
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a group.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Functional understanding of automotive electrical wiring and wiring schematics
Preferred Primary Skills:
2+ years of experience in electrical harness design or fabrication
Prior automotive or IT support.
Experience utilizing JIRA.
