nCino Product Owner (Charlotte)

We’re excited to be partnering with a growing team that’s looking to bring on a Product Owner to support and enhance their digital lending platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with both business and technology teams, and who wants to play a hands-on role in improving how lending processes work from end to end.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of the product roadmap for a commercial loan origination platform
Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to define priorities and deliver value-driven enhancements
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
Drive continuous improvement of platform functionality and user experience
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and direction
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with nCino or Salesforce-based platforms
Strong background in financial services, particularly lending or credit operations
Proven ability to lead product initiatives in an agile environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency
This organization has a strong presence across the Southeast, with offices in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, offering the opportunity to collaborate with teams across a broad and dynamic footprint.
