Python Developer - Project Delivery Specialist

Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long‑term, onsite client service delivery.
Responsibilities
Build and orchestrate LLM workflows in Python using LangChain & LangGraph, including tool/function calling, structured outputs, error handling, and performance/cost tuning.
Design and operate RAG pipelines: data ingestion/chunking, embeddings + vector search, retrieval/reranking, grounding/citation, and evaluation to reduce hallucinations.
Implement multi‑agent and memory systems: agent roles/handoffs, state management, short/long‑term memory persistence, conversational checkpoints, and guardrails/observability in production.
Document and maintain comprehensive architecture, configuration, and operational procedures. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from functional or technical teams, escalating matters that require additional attention.
Required Qualifications
6+ years experience with LangChain & LangGraph.
6+ years experience with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation).
Experience with multi‑agent systems.
Experience with memory systems (long‑term/short‑term, persistence, conversational checkpoints).
Strong commitment to SRE principles and practices, including operational ownership.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Public cloud provider certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
Experience with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible.
Experience with database services (relational and NoSQL) in the cloud.
Knowledge of DR and BC strategies in a multi‑cloud environment.
Experience with GitOps principles and tools.
Other Requirements
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel 10% on average.
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Can operate independently or with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
