We’ll enable growth and progress together.The **Python Developer** is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. **Responsibilities:**Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master’s preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.* Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).* 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, RAG, chatbot development, and LLM applications.* Expertise in working with LLMs and write Prompts to build LLM based applications (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini, Mixtral etc).* Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.* Advanced skills in NLP techniques, text-to-SQL solutions, and document processing workflows.* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Openshift, Kubernetes).* Knowledge of MLOps frameworks for model deployment and lifecycle management.
