About the Position At Krasamo, we are looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer / Backend Python Developer with strong experience in backend development and AWS cloud architecture to join our team in Mexico.
The selected candidate will be involved in:
Designing and developing scalable backend services using Python
Architecting, implementing набор, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure
Developing RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Implementing serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related services
Integrating databases such as RDS, DynamoDB, and S3
Automating infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code
Monitoring performance, availability, and security in cloud environments
Troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
Collaborating with frontend, mobile, DevOps, and product teams
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 or higher)
5+ years of experience in backend development and cloud engineering
Strong command of Python for backend development
Solid experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and IAM
Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available architectures
Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative environments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Certifications (Required) AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator is a plus
Nice to Have Experience with Docker and containers
Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation
Integration of cloud systems with IoT or mobile applications
Knowledge of security, compliance, and cost optimization in AWS
Passion for cloud architecture, automation, and engineering best practices
Teamwork with software, mobile, and DevOps engineers
Coordination mainly in U.S. Central Time (CST) schedule
