Location - Redmond, WA (Day 1 Onsite)
We are looking for an early‑career Technical Program Manager with a strong hands‑on Python development background to drive system‑level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives. This role emphasizes automation, data‑driven program management, and cross‑functional delivery within firmware/BSP‑enabled systems.
Must‑Have Skills
Strong hands‑on Python developer background with proven coding expertise
Experience building tools, scripts, automation frameworks, or data pipelines
Comfortable writing, reviewing, and debugging production‑quality code
Career transition from Python developer to TPM
Started as a developer or automation engineer and moved into a Technical Program Manager role
Maintains a builder mindset while driving program execution
Hands‑on experience with automation, validation workflows, CI/CD, or data analysisTechnical program management experience owning planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs
Working knowledge of firmware, BSP‑dependent systems, device drivers, or OS integration
Experience tracking and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and release readiness
Ability to translate deep technical details into clear program plans, metrics, and status updates
Strong cross‑functional communication with firmware, OS, validation, and partner engineering teams
