Organization : Alignerr Position : Python Developer Type : Hourly Contract Compensation : $60–$90 /hour Location : Remote Commitment : 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards.
Develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts to challenge AI reasoning.
Provide clear, human‑readable explanations for backend logic and architectural decisions.
Identify and flag edge cases or security vulnerabilities in AI‑generated API logic.
Requirements
Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.
3-5+ years of professional experience writing production‑level Python code.
Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.
Preferred
Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
