Position: Project Management Consultant
Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 (Onsite role with 25% travel)
Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension/conversion to permanent
Pay-rate: $35-40/hr.

Overview
We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to support the delivery of wind, solar, and battery storage projects. In this role, you will partner with a Senior Project Manager to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of construction and energy projects.
Maintain project schedules and track progress using tools like Smartsheet or MS Project.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support cost control efforts.
Review project work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design requirements.
Participate in project meetings, document updates, and track action items.
Identify risks or issues and help develop solutions.
Manage project documentation, reports, and communications.
Assist with contractor payments and contract-related activities.
Support stakeholder communication, including vendors, regulators, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Preferred Skills
Experience in construction or renewable energy projects
Familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools
Knowledge of SAP or Maximo
Budget tracking and cost control experience
