Sr. DevOps Engineer (Ashburn)

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support modern software delivery. This role will focus on building reliable, automated deployment workflows, managing infrastructure as code, and optimizing cloud environments within AWS. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS, along with a mindset focused on scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support efficient and reliable software delivery
Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform across AWS environments
Provision, configure, and optimize AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC) to support application workloads
Implement automated deployment strategies, including blue/green and rolling deployments
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments (dev, staging, production)
Support incident response and root cause analysis to ensure system resilience

QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline design and automation
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architecture
Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security principles
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
Experience working in Agile or fast-paced engineering environments
