
Partnership Tax Consultant (Greenwich)

Our client, a well-known alternative investment manager, is seeking a Partnership Tax professional to support their private equity fund platform. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in partnership tax within the alternative investments space, who is comfortable handling complex fund structures, allocations, and compliance processes.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review partnership tax workpapers and support tax filings
• Oversee the preparation and review of K-1s for private equity funds
• Manage and review partnership allocations and taxable income calculations
• Analyze and support the tax compliance and reporting process
• Review trial balances and ensure accuracy of financial data for tax purposes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on tax provisions and filings
Requirements:
• 3+ years of partnership tax experience within private equity or alternative asset management (public or private)
• Strong understanding of partnership allocations, fund structures, and tax compliance
• Experience preparing and reviewing K-1s
• Background in public accounting and/or in-house fund tax preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
